About us
My grandmother and grandfather opened a super fashionable shoe store more than 45 years ago. As a tribute to my grandmother, her name was also used as the store name in a converted form. The "ing" part comes from her first name Inge and the part "la" comes from her last name Laner. Sweet right? :)
We are now the third generation to run the store and our focus is still on finding the most beautiful shoes in the world. In the meantime, however, you will not only find shoes with us, but a complete ingla lifestyle, with which we would like to surprise and seduce you every season. 🖤

We try to be as sustainable as possible and avoid any plastic and unnecessary CO2 emissions. That's why we decided to work with PostlJohann, who brings you the orders in the city of Rosenheim with the cargo bike. In addition, we compensate the entire CO2 emissions caused by our other shipping service provider. Last but not least, we are adding more and more brands to our range that have certain seals of quality and are therefore demonstrably ecologically and socially sustainable.

payment methods
With us you can choose between a variety of payment methods so that you can choose your favourite. :) You are free to choose between Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, invoice by Klarna, eps transfer and Ideal.
Shipment
We work with DHL (and use the climate-neutral Go Green shipping), with PostlJohann, who will deliver your ingla orders to you on a cargo bike, and with the Click & Collect shipping option.
That means as much as that you order the items online and pick them up in our store. Normally, a Click & Collect order is ready for collection within a maximum of 1 hour after receipt of payment, but we will always send you an email again. You can then try on the goods with us and of course we are always happy to help inglas if you have any difficulties in making a decision. If something really doesn't fit, you can also process the return directly afterwards in the store.
This depends entirely on your shipping method. If you select Click & Collect at checkout, shipping will cost you nothing, just like if you order over €150 and live in Germany. For an order value of less than €150, shipping costs €4.99 within Germany. An order to Austria costs a flat rate of €5.99 and to other EU countries €9.99. Dear PostJohann will bring you the order for €2.99 on his cargo bike in downtown Rosenheim (83022, 83024, 83026).
Have you ordered something from us and can hardly wait? Our shipping usually takes 1-3 working days within Germany after receipt of payment, to Austria and the other EU countries approx. 2-4 days longer, but as we all know, anticipation is the best joy anyway! If you don't want to wait that long, you can also choose Same Day Delivery Monday to Friday until 1 p.m. Here the PostlJohann in the area 83022, 83024 and 83026 comes to you on his cargo bike and brings you your order. Otherwise you can also visit us in the store. If you select Click & Collect, the goods will be ready for collection within 1 hour during opening hours. We look forward to seeing you!

From the day you hold your treasures in your hands, the clock starts ticking. You have 14 days to decide whether it's love at first sight. Not the right match? Then send it back! But please remember: In our small, familial world, quick decisions count. Not only do they make your heart beat lighter, they also make our small team smile because this gives us the chance to make someone else happy faster with this special piece. ❤️
A small but important note: For us, the day of delivery counts as the starting signal for the 14-day period - and that means that your return must be back in our store within these two weeks, not just sent on its way. This helps us enormously with organization and ensures that we can treat all of our treasures fairly and lovingly.
And, oh yes, we want to remind you that not all adventures can be undone: socks that once danced around the living room, panties that enjoyed their freedom, earrings that saw the world and cosmetics that already Unfortunately, we cannot take them back if they have been opened. These small boundaries help us ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for everyone.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your understanding and support. Every decision, every piece that you keep and don't give back helps to make our little world here in the heart of the old town a little more colorful and cheerful.
Hey, let's make returns as easy as your absolute favorite recipe. Would you like to return it? No thing! Simply jump into our mega-cool returns portal , get your DHL returns label for the digital route, or choose the personal option - come by and bring us the package directly. Anything that hasn't quite won your heart can be packed into a package together with the return slip that we sent you. And because we have to pay attention to every detail: Please use an outer box so that the shoebox stays intact.
If you find your way to us and hand us your return personally, it is of course completely free of charge. And honestly, we think it's great to see you live and get to know you in person. However, if you decide to return via DHL, we will deduct a small fee of €7. That covers about half of the cost of postage and processing when we get the returns back on track.
But why isn’t the return shipping free? So we have to share something heart-to-heart for a moment. Do you know that our little ingla concept store is actually a real family project? Exactly, we are a really small, lovingly run shop in the middle of the cute old town of Rosenheim. Emily is now the third generation to be at the helm here, together with a manageable crew that is more family than team and can be counted on two hands. Every piece that ends up with us is selected with a lot of love and a good dose of passion. We live for our merchandising, our social media world, the online shop and every single event we put together.
But here's the thing: In contrast to the big players out there, we have completely different rules - especially when it comes to the costs per package with DHL. In our case they are many times higher. Our budget? Not even comparable. But because we love making you happy, we're giving you the cost of packaging and most of the shipping. The thing with returns is such a thing... we can't handle them without our little dream bubble bursting. This means that if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage.
But hey, before you start crying: We ship not only with love, but also with understanding. Every shoe and every item of clothing is personally put through its paces by us. Our goal? That with our sizing everything fits and you are happy without even having to think about returning it. We hope you feel what we feel and understand why things are a little different for us. Your support is our daily high-five and we are eternally grateful for it. ❤️
If you change your mind, no problem. Send us the old part back and simply create a new order with your new favorite part.
Once we have your return, your money goes back - directly to you, using the same payment method you used. And if you have redeemed a voucher, the new voucher will come straight after.
Oops, your package has had a bumpy journey? We send all treasures directly to you with DHL – safely and insured against the pitfalls of the journey. Does the packaging look like it's been on a roller coaster ride? Grab your smartphone and, just to be on the safe side, capture this moment in unopened form. If the content also suffers, we will ensure a quick recovery: whisper the pictures to us ( customerservice@ingla.de ), we will take care of DHL and put your smile back by quickly transferring your money back.
Is the cover intact but the contents not what you expected or look like they've seen better days? No need to worry – we will take care of the return flight for your package. A quick chat at customerservice@ingla.de and we will take care of everything else. Your happiness is our greatest concern.
Sometimes life (or our warehouse) goes crazy and we can't fulfill your order. Our team will do everything they can to find a solution that will make you smile again.
If your order cannot be delivered or you refuse to accept it, DHL will charge us a return postage, which we will deduct from your refund amount.
