My grandmother and grandfather opened a super fashionable shoe store more than 45 years ago. As a tribute to my grandmother, her name was also used as the store name in a converted form. The "ing" part comes from her first name Inge and the part "la" comes from her last name Laner. Sweet right? :)
We are now the third generation to run the store and our focus is still on finding the most beautiful shoes in the world. In the meantime, however, you will not only find shoes with us, but a complete ingla lifestyle, with which we would like to surprise and seduce you every season. 🖤

We try to be as sustainable as possible and avoid any plastic and unnecessary CO2 emissions. That's why we decided to work with PostlJohann, who brings you the orders in the city of Rosenheim with the cargo bike. In addition, we compensate the entire CO2 emissions caused by our other shipping service provider. Last but not least, we are adding more and more brands to our range that have certain seals of quality and are therefore demonstrably ecologically and socially sustainable.

With us you can choose between a variety of payment methods so that you can choose your favourite. :) You are free to choose between Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, invoice by Klarna, eps transfer and Ideal.
We work with DHL (and use the climate-neutral Go Green shipping), with PostlJohann, who will deliver your ingla orders to you on a cargo bike, and with the Click & Collect shipping option.
That means as much as that you order the items online and pick them up in our store. Normally, a Click & Collect order is ready for collection within a maximum of 1 hour after receipt of payment, but we will always send you an email again. You can then try on the goods with us and of course we are always happy to help inglas if you have any difficulties in making a decision. If something really doesn't fit, you can also process the return directly afterwards in the store.
That depends entirely on your shipping method. If you choose Click & Collect at checkout, shipping will not cost you anything, just like if you order for more than 100€ and live in Germany. With an order value of less than €100, shipping costs €4.99 within Germany. An order to Austria costs a flat rate of €5.99 and to the other EU countries €7.99. The dear PostJohann will bring you the order for 2.99€ with the cargo bike in the center of Rosenheim (83022, 83024, 83026).
Have you ordered something from us and can't wait any longer? Our shipping usually takes 1-3 working days within Germany after receipt of payment, to Austria and the other EU countries about one or two days longer, but anticipation is known to be the greatest joy anyway! If you don't want to wait that long, you can also select Same Day Delivery Mon-Fri until 1 p.m. Here PostlJohann comes to you in areas 83022, 83024 and 83026 with the cargo bike and brings your order to you. Otherwise you are also welcome to visit us in the store. If you choose Click & Collect, the goods will be ready for collection within 1 hour during opening hours. We look forward to you!

Either you visit us there and bring the return personally - we are always very happy to see you - or you have a shipping service provider take care of the return .
Simply fill in the number and reasons for the return on the return form. You put this together with the goods and the packaging of the goods (shoe box, etc.) in the parcel box that you received from us and close it properly. Please be sure to use the parcel box, otherwise we can't reuse the shoe box, which would make another customer unhappy. Please also make sure that you place the goods in such a way that they are not damaged.
Now you buy the franking for our store either online or at your local post office and write down the tracking number and keep your posting receipt. And boom, the goods are back with us.
It is very important that the following content is available: - return form - intact outer packaging of the items (shoe box, etc.) - unworn and intact goods
Side fact: Very many are not even aware that we are actually a family-run, super small concept store in the heart of Rosenheim's old town. :) We are now in the third generation with Emily and we only have a handful of employees. We put a lot of love and passion into purchasing, merchandising, our social media channels, the online shop and our events. That's why it's important to know, because we actually have completely different conditions (prices per package) with DHL than large online shops have. And of course completely different budgets. Nevertheless, we always assume the packaging costs, as well as the outward shipment within Germany from 100€. Unfortunately, we cannot also take over the return postage. Our customers pay for this themselves if the worst comes to the worst. Unlike other small online shops, you don't have to pay anything for shipping to us. It's all very transparent here in the FAQ. But we try on every shoe and every piece of clothing and our sizing is pretty accurate to give our customers a helping hand and avoid returns in the first place. I hope you can understand that to a certain extent... ❤️
Your goods should of course be unworn. In the case of beauty and food, this means that the packaging has not been opened either.
You have 14 days to return goods. Specifically, this means that the return must be back in our store no later than the 14th day after we sent the order to you. But since we are a small company, we are of course happy if you are willing to make decisions and if something really doesn't suit you, we can make someone else happy with the goods more quickly. <3
With shipment tracking , you can always check where your return is at the moment. To do this, enter your tracking number in the field provided. As soon as the goods have arrived in our store, we immediately check the condition of the goods and initiate the refund on the same day . Insofar as there are of course no defects and the return is complete (goods, outer packaging, etc.).
If your order cannot be delivered or you refuse to accept it, DHL will charge us a return postage, which we will deduct from your refund amount.
