Kennel & Schmenger is a company with a long tradition, in whose manufacture manual work and zeitgeist become one. The production site in Pirmasens, Germany, has a long history of shoe manufacturing. K&S is one of the few remaining local manufacturers and also one of the last companies producing in Germany. The brand only processes the highest quality calf, goat or lamb leather from the meat industry. These come from the best Italian tanneries, which also supply well-known designer brands. Kennel & Schmenger not only attaches importance to appearance, but also dedicates itself to the "inner values" of the shoes in addition to material and technology. A shoe consists of at least 120 individual parts, which are handcrafted into a shoe in over 150 work steps. The brand produces in Pirmasens, Germany, and two of its own plants in Hungary, which ensures short distances and low CO2 emissions.
