How sustainable is ingla?

We try to be as sustainable as possible and avoid any plastic and unnecessary CO2 emissions. That's why we decided to work together with PostlJohann, who will deliver your orders in the city of Rosenheim by bicycle. In addition, we compensate the entire CO2 emissions caused by our other shipping service provider. Last but not least, we include more and more brands in our assortment that have certain seals of approval and thus demonstrably act ecologically and socially sustainable.

How long has ingla been around?

We are especially proud to have been bringing smiles to people's faces with our offline store for over 45 years. Our online store, on the other hand, has only been around since 2020. #newbies

What payment methods does ingla offer?

With us you can choose between a variety of payment methods, so you can pick your favorite. :) You can choose between Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Invoice by Klarna, eps transfer and Ideal.

SHIPPING

Which shipping company does ingla use?

We work with DHL (and use the climate-neutral Go Green shipping), with PostlJohann, who delivers your ingla shoes and fashion by bicycle, and with the Click & Collect "shipping" option.

What does Click & Collect mean?

It means that you order the items online and pick them up at our store. Normally, a Click & Collect order is ready to collect within a maximum of 1 hour, but we will always write you another mail. You can then try on the things in our store and if you have any problems deciding, we'll always be happy to help. If something does not fit, you can also return the things directly to the store.

How much does shipping cost?

That depends on your shipping method. If you select Click & Collect at checkout, shipping costs you nothing, the same if you order for over 100€ and live in Germany. If your order is under 100€, shipping costs 4,99€ within Germany. An order to Austria costs a flat rate of 5,99€ and to the other EU countries 7,99€. The dear PostJohann brings you in the Rosenheimer city center (83022, 83024, 83026) the order for 2,99€ with his bicycle.

How long does shipping take?

You have ordered something from us and can hardly wait? Our shipping usually takes 1-3 business days within Germany, to Austria and the other EU countries about one / two days longer, but anticipation is known anyway the best joy! If you don't want to wait that long, you can also choose Same Day Delivery Mon-Fri until 1 pm. Here, PostlJohann will come to you in the area 83022, 83024 and 83026 with his bicycle and brings you your order. Otherwise you can also visit us in the store. If you choose Click & Collect, the order will be ready for collection within 1 hour during opening hours. We are looking forward to seeing you!

How can I return goods?

That's very simple. Our store is located here:

Either you visit us there - we are always happy to see you - or you let a shipping service take care of the return. Just fill out the quantity and the reasons for the return on the return form. You put this together with the goods and the packaging of the goods (shoe box, etc.) in the parcel box that you got from us and close it properly. Please be sure to use the parcel box, otherwise we will not be able to reuse the shoe box, which would make another customer unhappy. In addition, please make sure that you place the goods so that they will not be damaged. Now you buy either online or at your local post office the shipping label to our store and note the consignment number and keep your posting receipt. And bang, the goods will be back with us.

Very important is the following content:

- return form
- intact outer packaging of the articles (shoe box etc.)
- unworn and intact goods

Which kind of goods am I allowed to return?

The goods should be unworn of course. For beauty and food, this means that the packaging has not been opened.

How long can I return goods?

You have 14 days to return the goods. In concrete terms, this means that the goods must be returned to our store no later than the 14th day after you received the order. In most cases, this means that you unfortunately don't have more than a week to decide, as return shipping sometimes takes up to a week. However, since we are a small company, we will be happy if you make a decision even faster and if you actually do not like something, we can make someone else happy with the goods faster. <3

When can I expect my refund?

You can always check where your return is at the moment in the shipment tracking. To do this, enter your shipment number in the field provided. As soon as the goods arrive at our store, we immediately check the condition of the goods and initiate the refund on the same day. Provided, of course, that there are no defects and the return is complete (goods, packaging, etc.).
